Speed is friendly, and he knows a fair amount of the community. Unlike some other applicants, he seems to realise that trusted is a COMMUNITY rank, not a STAFF rank: thus it is not simply having the largest playtime or being the most trustworthy, but rather about getting along with people as a whole.
He is inquisitive and curious, an aspect which has allowed him to better understand what each rank entails.
I know he knows when and when not to utilise votekick and such, and I think the respect the tag can get people will boost his potential further.

Although he is friendly I'm pretty sure anyone who has trusted is aiming for operator or more which I don't think is good, if he was just a trusted it would be fine as he is friendly but I don't think you would be cut out for operator though ;c goodluck.

Paradox i am actually just aiming for trusted right now so actually you were wrong there but i also think some trusted AIM for op
